The first three (3) months for 1-25 simultaneous users are included in the PitchSmart price. To support additional users for the first ninety (90) days, select your preferred “user” level from the “open” menu and subtract the rate for 1-25 users ($356.00) monthly. Fees for 200+ users estimated upon request as special event pricing.

*PLEASE NOTE: The PitchSmart Controller is counted as a user. If one salesperson is presenting to two other viewers there are three people logged onto the server. This means there are three simultaneous users. If you have the minimum contract of 1 to 25 users, you may have one Controller and 24 simultaneous users logged onto the server from different locations–or any mathematical combination to equal 25 simultaneous users. PitchSmart will issue each customer a monthly schedule of server maintenance downtimes-usually between 12am (midnight) and 7am ET Monday through Friday or after 6pm ET Saturdays and Sundays.
